Returns & Refunds Policy

Our Policy: Due to the nature of our curated subscription, we don't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us at contact@littlefrenchlibrary.com within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We'll do our best to resolve it promptly in line with your statutory rights.

Subscriptions & Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next dispatch date by contacting us at contact@littlefrenchlibrary.com Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Your Statutory Rights: Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
