Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you subscribe to Little French Library, you’ll receive a new selection of books every two months, with six selections per year in January, March, May, July, September and November.

Your subscription renews automatically every two months. Your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider, and you’ll be charged for each new subscription order until you choose to cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your customer account or by using the link provided in your subscription emails. You can also contact us at contact@littlefrenchlibrary.com if you need any help.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
